The curriculum blends technical, legal, and financial principles to produce well-rounded property professionals. Graduates can pursue careers as estate surveyors and valuers, property developers, facilities managers, or real estate consultants. The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) regulate professional practice, making registration essential for career advancement in this field.
