You must get credit passes in five O'level subjects: Mathematics, English Language, one basic science subject (Physics, Chemistry, or Biology), and any two subjects from Geography, Economics/Commerce, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Technical Drawing, Fine Art, Woodwork, Literature, Metal Work, Principles of Accounts and Book Keeping, or Government. For your remaining two subjects, you can choose any two from the list that includes Geography, Economics/Commerce, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Technical Drawing, Fine Art, Woodwork, Literature, Metal Work, Principles of Accounts and Book Keeping, or Government (note that if you already chose a basic science for the third subject, you can still pick from this
Estate Management and Valuation is a four to five year undergraduate programme that equips students with knowledge in property valuation, real estate investment, land economics, urban planning, facilities management, and property law. Students learn to assess the monetary worth of land and buildings, manage residential and commercial properties, and advise clients on real estate transactions. The curriculum blends technical, legal, and financial principles to produce well-rounded property professionals. Graduates can pursue careers as estate surveyors and valuers, property developers, facilities managers, or real estate consultants. The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) regulate professional practice, making registration essential for career advancement in this field.
