Five (5) SSC credit passes to include Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry ,English Language and any other Science subject.
Mechatronics Engineering is a dynamic, multidisciplinary programme that combines mechanical engineering, electronics, computer science, and control systems to produce graduates capable of designing and maintaining intelligent machines and automated systems. Students study core subjects including robotics, embedded systems, programmable logic controllers, fluid mechanics, and instrumentation, gaining both theoretical foundations and practical hands-on skills. Some graduates also pursue careers in telecommunications and defence. The Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) serves as the recognised statutory body for licensing and regulating engineering practice, and all graduates are strongly encouraged to pursue full COREN registration for professional credibility.
