You must have credit passes in five O'level subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Hausa, and Islamic Studies are compulsory, and you need one more credit pass in any Arts subject like History, Government, Geography, or Economics. The Arts subject you choose is up to you, as long as you get a credit pass in it.
