The programme sharpens critical thinking, research, and communication skills applicable across diverse sectors. Graduates pursue rewarding careers as secondary school teachers registered with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), broadcast journalists and language consultants in media organisations, cultural officers in government ministries of arts and culture, and curriculum developers with educational publishing houses. The programme remains particularly valuable for preserving and promoting Yoruba heritage within Nigeria's multilingual context.
