The programme blends engineering principles with financial analysis, preparing graduates to serve as cost consultants across Nigeria's rapidly growing built environment sector. Upon graduation, students can pursue careers as quantity surveyors in construction firms, government ministries, real estate development companies, or establish independent consultancy practices. Professional registration with the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) and the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN) is essential for practising professionally and earning full recognition within the industry.
