Petroleum Chemistry is a specialised undergraduate programme that equips students with a strong foundation in chemical sciences as applied to the exploration, production, and processing of crude oil and natural gas. Students study core chemistry disciplines alongside petroleum-specific courses such as petrochemical engineering principles, reservoir geochemistry, refinery processes, corrosion chemistry, and environmental impact assessment.
