You must get credit passes in English Language and Chemistry at O'Level. You also need credit passes in Biology or Agricultural Science, Mathematics, and any three other subjects from this list: Geography, Food and Nutrition, Economics, Technical Drawing, Physics, Chemistry, Nigerian Language, or Home Economics.
