# JAMB Requirements for French/History
You must get credit passes in five O'level subjects: English Language, Mathematics, French, and History/Government are compulsory, plus one more subject from any Arts subject like Literature in English, Government, Economics, Geography, or similar.
The fifth credit can come from any Arts subject that is not already listed among your compulsory subjects.
