Educational Administration & Planning equips students with the knowledge and skills required to manage, organise, and improve educational systems at all levels. Students study school management, curriculum development, educational policy, human resource administration, research methods, and the planning of educational programmes to meet national development goals. The programme blends theory with practical insights into how Nigerian educational institutions function within federal and state frameworks. Graduates are well-positioned to pursue careers as school administrators, education planners in government ministries, curriculum developers with agencies such as NERDC, and inspectors of education. The Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) remains relevant for those moving into administrative leadership roles, while further certifications strengthen professional standing across both public and private educational sectors.
