Education & Yoruba is a dual-discipline programme that equips students with professional teaching competencies alongside deep scholarly knowledge of the Yoruba language, literature, oral traditions, and cultural heritage. Those in the classroom profession are expected to register with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), which regulates teaching practice nationwide.
