Five (5) credits (in not more than two attempts) in English Language, Mathematics, Physics and any other two subjects from Chemistry, Technical Drawing, Fine Arts, Geography, Economics, Biology and Wood Technology.
Architecture is a five-year professional degree that trains students in the art and science of designing buildings and built environments. Students study structural systems, architectural history, environmental technology, urban design, building materials, and computer-aided design, combining creative thinking with technical precision. Studio-based projects form the backbone of the programme, challenging students to solve real-world spatial and environmental problems. The Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) regulates professional practice, and graduates must complete mandatory post-qualification experience before obtaining full licensure.
